Terms of Service

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

• "Service" refers to the Belove website and any related applications operated by RUMREN ID.
• "Content" means any text, images, video, audio, or other multimedia content, software, or other information.
• "User", "You", and "Your" refer to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to RUMREN ID.
• "Community Data" refers to factual information regarding movies, series, cast, and crew submitted to the Service's database.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration: To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Telegram login). You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Users: Use of the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 13 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Purpose: Any use that violates local, state, national, or international laws.
• Content Scraping: Accessing the Service through automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) without prior written permission, except for public search engine indexing.
• System Abuse: Overburdening, disabling, or impairing the Service's networks or servers (e.g., DDOS attacks).
• Harassment: Engaging in doxing, stalking, hate speech (content attacking protected groups), or targeted harassment of any individual.
• Malicious Content: uploading viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content (Reviews & Comments): You retain copyright ownership of your personal reviews and comments. By posting such content, you grant RUMREN ID a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with the Service.

4.2 Community Data (Wiki Contributions): Factual contributions to the database (e.g., movie titles, cast lists, release dates, plot summaries) are not subject to individual copyright ownership. You hereby dedicate such contributions to the public domain or, where dedication is not possible, license them under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). You waive any moral rights to attribution for these specific factual edits.

4.3 Company Rights: Visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws.

5. Contributor & Editor Policy

Access to the "Contributor" or "Admin" tools (the "Editor Tools") is a privilege, not a right. To maintain the integrity of the Belove database and ensure a safe environment, you agree to the following strict operational standards:

5.1 Content Neutrality & Accuracy

• Neutral Point of View (NPOV): All Wiki Data contributions (plot summaries, biographies, trivia) must be written from a neutral, objective standpoint. Personal opinions and biases belong in User Reviews, not in the database.
• Verifiability: You agree to strive for maximum accuracy. Information should be based on factual, verifiable sources. Deliberate insertion of false information (hoaxes) is standard grounds for an immediate and permanent ban.

5.2 Prohibited Editor Activities

You strictly agree NOT to use the Editor Tools for:

• Vandalism: Any malicious creation, deletion, or alteration of content.
• Copyright Infringement: Copy-pasting descriptions, plots, or bios from other websites (e.g., Wikipedia, IMDb) is strictly prohibited unless the source is Public Domain or CC BY-SA 4.0 compatible. You MUST write original descriptions.
• Spam & Self-Promotion: Using the database for SEO manipulation, promoting external links, or advertising personal projects.
• Edit Wars: Repeatedly reverting another editor's changes without engaging in constructive discussion.

5.3 Conflict of Interest

You agree to disclose any Conflict of Interest (COI). You should refrain from editing articles about yourself, your company, or projects in which you have a financial interest, to prevent bias.

5.4 Non-Compensation & Status

You acknowledge that your contributions are fast, voluntary, and uncompensated. You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of RUMREN ID. RUMREN ID reserves the "Right to Ban" or revoke Editor status at any time, for any reason (or no reason), without prior notice or explanation.

5.5 Indemnification for Edits

You are solely responsible for the content you contribute. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUMREN ID against any claims, legal fees, or damages arising from your violation of copyright laws, defamation laws, or other regulations through your edits.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Effect of Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, content you have submitted (e.g., reviews, ratings, wiki edits) will not be deleted but will be anonymized. You acknowledge that you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to retain and display such content even after your account is terminated.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

• Violation of these Terms.
• Requests by law enforcement.
• Unexpected technical or security issues.
• Extended periods of inactivity (greater than 12 months).

6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RUMREN ID MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED FROM US IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RUMREN ID BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUMREN ID from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions or any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Republic of Indonesia. RUMREN ID and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
